PUBLIC PARTICIPATION No member from the public was present on the call or in person. ROLL CALL Present on the Zoom call included Chair John Boatman, Chair Pro-Tem David Boyd, Chief Mark Caillier, and Assistant Chief Sam Betz. Present in City Hall, Conference Room 3, were Examiner Pro-Tem Melissa Medisch and HR Coordinator Chardae Gillespie. Member David Menke was excused. AGENDA MODIFICATIONS There were no modifications to the agenda. PUBLIC COMMENT No correspondence or comment was received from the public for this meeting. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Approval of April 14, 2026, Civil Service Commission Meeting Minutes Motion by Pro-Tem Boyd to approve the minutes as published. Second by Chair Boatman. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 2-0. ACTION ITEMS A. Approval of the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility List Motion by Pro-Tem Boyd to approve the Entry Level Police Officer Eligibility as published. Second by Chair Boatman. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 2-0. B. Approval of the Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List Motion by Pro-Tem Boyd to approve the Lateral Police Officer Eligibility List as Page 4 of 9 published. Second by Chair Boatman. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 2-0. C. Approval of the Animal Control Officer Eligibility List Motion by Pro-Tem Boyd to approve the Animal Control Officer Eligibility List as published. Second by Chair Boatman.
