one had to withdraw before starting, leaving 1 active participant •Hands-on learning: Employee works primarily alongside the Horticulturist, learning plant/flower/tree ID, invasive species management, and maintenance practices, plus greenhouse operations experience Page 52 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 11 Parks Maintenance – Auburn School District – Horticultural Program First Step Program Page 53 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 12 December Flooding Event – Impacts to Auburn Golf Course Clubhouse, Golf Course Pumphouse, Fleet of Rental Carts, Isaac Evans Park Playground •Tracking nearly $1.9M in insurance claims for flood damages Page 54 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 13 HR & Risk Management – Insurance Claim Support IT Dept – IDF Technology Room & Technology Support Facilities Division – Remediation and Restoration of Clubhouse: •Initial basement water remediation •Electrical repairs •Hot water tank replacement •Walk-in cooler replacement •Furnace replacement •Basement repairs (drywall, etc.) •Fire sprinkler system repairs •Other miscellaneous repairs (card readers, fire system, etc.) Page 55 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 14 Page 56 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 15 Page 57 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 16 Fleet Division: Golf Cart Fleet Replacement •Golf carts stored in the basement •Entire fleet destroyed by flooding •Old carts were sold by insurance as salvage •New Carts arrived in February 2026 •76 Golf Carts, 2 Utility Carts Page 58 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 17 Golf Course Division: Irrigation Pumphouse Replacement •Pumphouse components destroyed by floods •Building, electrical, and pumps replaced •Satellite boxes (irrigation controls throughout the course) replaced Page 59 of 73 SERVICE ⚫ ENVIRONMENT ⚫ ECONOMY ⚫ CHARACTER ⚫ SUSTAINABILITY ⚫ WELLNESS ⚫ CELEBRATION PARKS PROJECT S 2026 STATUS UPDATE 18 Parks Division: Isaac Evans Park – Trail clean-up and Playground Surfacing Replacement •Trails and playground surfacing underwater •Park staff cleaned trails;
