been approved as a legal newspaper by orders of the Superior Court
of King and Snohomish Counties.

borhood Safety and Pedestrian Accessi-
bility of the Auburn City Hall, 25 Wosl
Main Street, Auburn, Washington until
11:00 AM PT on August 13, 2026, and
will then and there be opened and pub•
llcly read aloud at the City Hall in a
✓irtual selling. Ali bids shall be filed
with the City Clerk on or before the
time set far bid opening.
The motor items of work include
replacement ❑f damaged sidewalks of
numerous sites throughout the City.The
proposed bid range for the protect IS
from $200,000 to 5256,000. The entire
protect, including cleanup. shall be
physically completed within 25 working
days. This protect Is funded with local
months.
All bid proposals shall be accompanied
by a bid deposit in cash, Certified
check,cashier's check or proposal band
(surety bond) in on omavnt eauol to
five percent (5%)of the amount of such
bid proposal. Should the successful
bidder fail to enter into such Contract
and furnish satisfactory Contract Bond
within the time stated In the Bld Docu-
ments,the bid deposit shall be forfeited
to the City of Auburn.
