Chair Carmen Goers called the meeting to order at 3:33 PM

Motion to reverse the motion of 2/23/2026 that inadvertently altered the previously
published scoring rubric.

A. The Human Services Committee to set Tier Ranking Criteria for initial review
by staff of all Human Services Grant Applications in advance of Committee
scoring
Motion to incorporate the Tier scoring into the review process for staff to use as a tool
to compile the applications into Tier groups.
A. Motion to Ratify
Ratify motion from July 7, 2026, Special Meeting: Motion to reverse the motion
of February 23, 2026, that inadvertently altered the previously published
scoring rubric

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. The Human Services Committee to review Homelessness and Housing
Stability Applications
The Committee reviewed all scored Tier 1 Housing Homelessness Stability
applications. The committee will review all scored Tier 1 Basic Needs /Job Training/
Education applications at the next meeting on August 24, 2026.

August 24, 2026.
