Darryl Hunt I-Net Sales and Marketing King County I-Net 401 Fifth Ave Ste 600 Seattle, WA 98104 Dear Darryl: Thank you for your recent contact regarding shared I-Net usage between City of Auburn and the Valley Regional Fire Authority (VRFA). I have reviewed of our existing service contract, number 03COA04. Per section 4 we may submit a written request to allow another agency access to our I- Net site connection. I wish this letter to serve as such a request. As a recently formed agency, VRFA (formerly the Auburn Fire Department) continues to operate out of City owned facilities for the benefit of Auburn citizens. These facilities are also used for other city functions. Auburn Police continue to use these sites as satellite offices and I-Net connectivity is critical for city operations as well as emergency response for VRFA. As such, the City has entered into agreement with VRFA to allow limited use of the City's network and communications resources to support these activities, including emergency dispatch, for the protection of our citizens. It is our desire to allow VRFA continued use of our I-Net connection as an extension of city services to the citizens of Auburn. Your approval on this matter would be greatly appreciated. I look fortykrd to discussing this matter further at your earliest convenience; please contact me if you require additigNI information.
