AMENDMENT #2 TO SERVICE AGREEMENT NO. AG-S-020-08 BETWEEN
THE CITV OF AUBURN AND TRAFFICOUNT, INC.
ftELATING TO TRAFFIC COUNTS
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of 2008, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and TRAFFICOUNT, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the
"PROVIDER"), as an Amendment to the Service Agreement between the parties for AG-S-020-
08 executed on the 6th day of May, 2008, and as amended on the 9th day of June, 2008.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: There is no change to the date of termination.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to include the following:
Provide two hour PM Peak Manual Turn Movement Count for the intersection of 64tn
Avenue and S 297th Street as indicated on the attached map. Count to be performed on
a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and completed by October 17, 2008.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $130.00. The total agreement
amount is increased to a total of $34,595.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement between
the parties for AG-S-020-08 executed on the 6ih day of May, 2008, shall remain unchanged,
and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day
and year first above written.
