AMENDMENT 1 TO AGREEMENT AG-C-323
BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND PARAMETRIX, INC.
RELATING TO PROJECT NO. C504A, R STREET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of 0010bc-C, 2008,
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Parametrix Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the
"CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties for engineering
services under AG-C-323 executed on the 9th day of June, 2008.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2008.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: There is no change to the compensation authorized.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement between
the parties for AG-C-323 executed on the 9th day of June, 2008, shall remain unchanged, and
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day
and year first above written.

AMENDMENT #2 TO AGREEMENT AG-C-323
BETWEEN THE CITY OF AUBURN AND PARAMETRIX, INC.
RELATING TO PROJECT NO. C504A, R STREET UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of 2008,
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Parametrix Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the
"CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties for engineering
services under AG-C-323 executed on the 9th day of June, 2008, as amended on the 1St day
of October, 2008.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: There is no change to the term of this Agreement.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: The amount of this amendment is $3,000.00., increasing the total
contract amount to a total of $28,000.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement between
the parties for AG-C-323 executed on the 9th day of June, 2008, shall remain unchanged, and
in full force and effect.
