THE CITY OF AUBURN AND THE TRANSPO GROUP, INC.
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 31st day of December, 2008, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and THE TRANSPO GROUP, INC,
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT") as an Amendment to the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-336 executed on the 14t" day of July, 2008.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is
extended to December 31, 2009.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change to the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: There is no change to the amount of compensation.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-336 executed on the 14th day of July, 2008, shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect.

THE CITY OF AUBURN AND THE TRANSPO GROUP
RELATING TO PROJECT NO. CP0901, 2009 LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT
PRESERVATION

by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and The Transpo Group (hereinafter referred to as the
"CONSULTANT"), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties for AG-C-336
executed on the 14Ih day of July 2008 and amended by agreement dated the 315t day of
December 2008.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2010.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION: There is no change to the amount authorized in the original agreement.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement befinreen
the parties for AG-C-336 executed on the 14th day of July 2008 shall remain unchanged, and in
full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Hedges:
This letter is to inform you that the above-referenced Agreement for Professional Services is
being closed at this time. Our records indicate that we processed the final payment for this
agreement on February 19, 2010 for invoice #12815 in the amount of $10,014.79. If you feel
that this Agreement for Professional Services should not be closed, or if there are any
outstanding invoices, please inform me by February 21, 2011.
Thank you for your firm's professional services in work related to the Local Street Pavement
Preservation project. If you should have any questions, feel free to give me a call at
