NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Hearing Examiner of the City of Auburn, Washington, will conduct a public hearing
on March 25, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall located
at 25 West Main Street on the following:
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
File No: SHL08-0002, Shoreline Permit. Applicant: Bob Wuotila, Parks Planning and
Development Manager, City of Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation Department. Nature
of Project or Request: The proposed action is a shoreline permit for the site
preparation and development of approximately 1.65 acres with approximately 1,100
lineal feet of 10-foot hard surface pedestrian trail along the south bank of the White
(Stuck) River traversing two parcels. The eastern approximately 730 feet will be
constructed on the top of the dike. The remaining approximately 367 feet of trail will
parallel and abut the east wall and foundation of the A Street SE bridge. Other
applications are MIS08-0018, Public Agency Special Exception and
SEP08-0030, environmental checklist.
For citizens with speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents pertaining to
this hearing, should contact the City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the meeting, as to
the type of service or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according
to the type of request, the availability of resources, and the financial ability of the City to provide
the requested services or equipment.
