This Mcmorandum of Undcrstanding formalizca the undcrsCnod relaHonship batwecn the City of
Auburn ("City') and Yarker Yaint and clarifies our respective roles.
By agreement to this understanding, the City and Parker Paint agree to proceed with the goals and
guidelines stipulateci in this Memorandum of Understanding.
i3ased on informarion in discussions between the City and Yarker Yaint, we niutually agree to the
following:
Parkc,-r Painl. will prqviclc:
1. One gallon of paint and one three inch brush per $25 voucher submitted under the
pruvisions of the City nf Aubum's LTdffiti abatement program.
2. Mor,thly billing to the City of Auburn with 1. eopy of voucher submitted and 2. eligible
name/address of each resident requesting redemption.
City of Aubwn will nrovide:
1. payâ–ºnent of $25 in exchange for each submitted vouc}ier/resident intc,.
2. Monthly payment will be issued within 30 days of each billing invpice subtnittal.
