AMENDMENT # 1 TO AGREEMENT # AG-C-249 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND TETRA TECH/KCM, INC.
RELATING TO C413A, OLSON CREEK HABITAT RESTORATION

THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this v1 day of' ....J 2004,
by and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY"), and Tetra Tech/KCM, Inc.
(hereinafter referred to as the "CONSUL TANT'), as an Amendment to the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-249 executed on the 8th day of June 2004.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Servicles is
extended to December 31, 2005.
2. SCOPE OF WORK: The scope of work is amended to eliminate two tasks. The
tasks to be eliminated are the Workshop listed under Phase 5.0 Habitat Restoration
Plan, and Construction Assistance listed under Phase 6.0 Construction Documents
& Field Assistance.
3. COMPENSATION: This amendment reduces the contract amount by $8,000.00.
The total contract amount is decreased to a total of $38,300.00.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for AG-C-249 executed on the 8th day of June 2004, shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
