AMENDMENT # 1 TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF AUBURN AND ENVIRONMENTAL COALITION OF SOUTH
SEATTLE (ECOSS) RELATING TO THE AUBURN ENVIRONMENTAL PARK
PROJECT
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this 29th day of November 2004, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington (hereinafter referred to as the .CITY"), and Environmental Coalition of
South Seattle (ECOSS) (hereinafter referred to as the "CONSUL TANT"), as an
Amendment to the Agreement between the parties for services executed on the 4th day
of April 2004.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows:
1. CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is
extended to July 31, 2005.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement
between the parties for services executed on the 4th day of April 2004, shall remain
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the
day and year first above written.
