Approval of Minutes - March 23, 2009 B. Resolution No. 4474 - Landau Contract Amendment for Mohawk Plastics Wetland Mitigation Project (Dixon) Summary: Amendment of current Landau contract for permitting services associated with the Mohawk Plastics Mitigation project at Goedeke North. This contract increase will cover additional work during the permitting process, and required support for development of the construction plans. C. Final Pay and acceptance of CP0708 - Brannan Park Lighting Project (Vondrak) Summary: Approve final pay estimate #2 to Contract 07-25 in the amount of $8,036.34 for a total contract price of $125,032.75, with Milne Electric, Inc., and accept construction of Project Number CP0708, Brannan Park Lighting Project. D. Contract Amendment - Comprehensive Water Plan (Lamothe) Summary: Discuss consultant contract amendment. III. DISCUSSION A. Farmer's Market Update (Peloza - 5 minutes) IV. ACTION A. Ordinance No. 6229 - Adoption of Farmers Market Advisory Board (Faber - 5 minutes) Summary: Establishment of the Board and set out the role and responsibility of the group. C. Ordinance No. 6232 - Open Space Taxation (Scharer - 5 minutes) Summary: Adopt processes for review of current use applications under the state Open Space Taxation Act D. Ordinance No. 6235 - Amended Shoreline Master Program Adoption (McLain - 5 minutes) Summary: Resolution to amend the currently adopted Shoreline Master Program to match the version submitted to Ecology for final approval. E. Ordinance No. 6230 - Amendments to Downtown Urban Center Zone (Chamberlain - 5 minutes) Summary: Code change to address exemption levels for improvements to existing structures. F. Ordinance No. 6231 - Residential Conversions to Commercial Code Amendments (Chamberlain - 5 minutes) Summary: Code changes to address conversions of single family residences to non-residential uses. G. Resolution No. 4472 - Conditional Use Permit Moratorium Modification & Extension Adoption (Baker -15 minutes) Summary: Modify and extend moratorium on filing limited conditional use permits in the R-2, R-3 and C-1 zoning districts originally established by Resolution No. 4357 and extended by Resolution No. 4412.
