Summary: Amend Ordinance No. 6215, the 2009-2010 Biennial Budget Ordinance and
authorizing amendment to the City of Auburn 2009-2010 Budget as set forth in Schedule

6. Resolution No. 4453 - 2009 Stormwater Management Program (Thorn 15 minutes)
Summary: Discussion of the 2009 Stormwater Management Program, including a
summary of the NPDES Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit.
C. Art Murals (Planning & Parks 20 minutes)
Summary: Discussion of murals, level of Arts Commission involvement, and possible
revisions to the sign code.
D. Resolution No. 4459 - West Hill Drainage Moratorium Amendment (Carlaw 20
minutes)
Summary: Amends moratorium to allow the property of individual owners and permit
applicants for existing lots to seek development during the moratorium so long as the
development mitigates in the discretion of the City Engineer any and all impacts of storm
water run-off created or increased by said development.
