Description of Work
This work consists of providing preliminary and final
ITS design and preparation of construction plans,
specifications, and estimate of probable construction
cost.
The Local Agency of the Citv of Auburn
desires to supplement the Agreement entered into with The Transpo Group, Inc.
and executed on October 23, 2007 and identified as Agreement No. AG-C-314
All provisions in the basic Agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement. The
changes to the Agreement are described as follows:
Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar
days for completion of the work to read: December 31, 2008
If you concur with this supplement ard agree to the changes as
spaces below and return to this office for final action.

desires to supplement the Agreement entered into with The Transpo Group, Inc.
and executed on October 23. 2007 and identified as Agreement No. AG-C-314.
All provisions in the basic Agreement remain in effect except as expressly modified by this supplement,
and Supplement #1 executed on December 31, 2007. The changes to the Agreement are described as
follows:
Section IV, TIME FOR BEGINNING AND COMPLETION, is amended to change the number of calendar
days for completion of the work to read: December 31, 2009
Section V, PAYMENT PROVISIONS, shall be amended as follows:
The Manaqement Reserve Fund of $15,000 is beinq re-established as part of this Supplemental
Aareement but payment of the MRF is not_authorized at this time.
