NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Auburn City Council at
7:30 p.m., Monday, June 1, 2009, in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 25 West Main
Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
Amendments to Title 17 (Subdivisions) of the Auburn City Code: Proposed
amendments to Title 17 (Subdivisions) of the Auburn City Code that would renumber and
rename chapters; relocate certain standards and regulations; update standards and
regulations; add and delete sections to different Chapters of the Title; and add new
Chapters to the Title comprised of Chapter 17.00 (User Guide), Chapter 17.08 (Boundary
Line Eliminations), Chapter 17.16 (Neighborhood Circulation Plan), Chapter 17.24 (Binding
Site Plans) and Chapter 17.26 (Cluster Subdivisions).

Any interested person is invited to appear and comment on the proposed amendments. Non-
English speaking residents wishing to review documents pertaining to the request should
contact the City of Auburn Planning, Building and Community Department at (253) 931-3090.
Citizens with speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact
the City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of service
or equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type of
request, the availability of resources and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested
services or equipment.
