NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Auburn City
Council at 7:30 PM, Monday, June 15, 2009 at the Auburn City Hall located at 25 West
Main Street, Auburn, Washington, on the following:
Revision to the 2009-2014 Six Year Transportation Improvement Proqram
State law requires the City of Auburn to annually prepare and adopt a
comprehensive transportation improvement program (TIP) for each

revised at any time, but only after conducting a public hearing. The City
proposes to add a new project to the TIP for a traffic signal at the
intersection of 4th Street SE and F Street SE.
Any interested person is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the
proposed revision to the TIP. Non-English speaking residents wishing to review
documents pertaining to the Program should contact the City of Auburn Department of
Public Works. Citizens with speech, sight or hearing disabilities wishing to review
documents should contact the City of Auburn within 10 calendar days prior to the
Council meeting, as to the type of service or equipment needed. Each request will be
considered individually according to the type of request, the availability of resources
and the financial ability of the City to provide the requested services or equipment.
Written comments and/or suggestions may be sent to the Auburn Department of Public
Works, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA 98001-4998 or fax to (253) 931-3053.
