A. Resolution No. 4491 - Les Gove Community Campus (Heid - 5 minutes) *
Summary: Support for the development of the Les Gove Community Campus complex,
requesting Mayor to take steps to ready the City to move forward with such plans when
the City is able to do so.
B. Resolution No. 4494 - Jacobsen Tree Farm (Faber - 5 minutes) *
Summary: Acceptance of a contract with The Berger Partnership to prepare a master
plan for the Jacobsen Tree Farm.

A. Feasibility Study for Multipurpose Trail (Faber - 10 minutes) *
Summary: Partnership proposal for trail feasibility study for Auburn Trail between
Auburndale II Park and the Jacobsen Tree Farm property.

Management Act (GMA) allocated on a county-wide basis for King and Pierce County
portions of Auburn

Summary: Discussion of Committee issues and ideas for refinement of draft cottage
housing regulations
D. Cluster Subdivision Regulations (Snyder/Andersen - 10 minutes) *
Summary: Discussion of Committee issues and ideas for refinement of draft cluster
subdivision regulations
