Airport Management & Operations update
Airport Facility Status
a. Facility Report
i. 0- new closed hangar & O-open t-hangars, Two on Waiting List
ii. 42% occupancy on outside tie-down, No Change
iii. Waiting List Status & update-All attempted contact. Revised, bad contact
numbers/addressas over two years old- dropped bom list (schedule to drop
from agenda)
b. Maintenance Report
i. Gates- New vendor for Fencing and New vendor for gate operators
ii. Super Unicom - no additional problems (schedule to drop from agenda)
iii. Overhead lighting Problems- aircraft repaired, Tenant and shop paid,
aircraft returned to service. Light has not been replaced yet.
c. Fuel Report
i. New software program on order. Allowing for more variables, discounts,
taxes
Airport Security Status - no reports submitted show any abnormal situations
FAA/GPS Status
Runway Repairs & Schedule updates
Delinquent Tenant account status - One set to legal for collection and evection process
Auburn Good Old Days Update & follow-up - no action taken
Hangar row 2 bottom door seals - no action taken
Hangar rows 9 & 10 roof leaks - called two separate roofing companies to give estimate
to fix/repair situation
AN-2 parking issue - Shelley and Jamelle to contact owner and review options
Discuss moving the transient ramp back to its original location. Directly south of the fuel
facility.
Rules and Regulations review and future update
a. Auto traffic on the taxiways, speed
b. Non airport tenants with gate card access
c. Aircraft parking in non-designated parking areas
d. Airport minimum standards discussion
