Airport Management & Operations update - Grounds maintenance has begun with
regular mowing and weeding of the airport property. Hangars were cleaned by using a
blower to blow the debris out into the taxiway and then the contractor for the sweeping
vacuumed the debris the next day.
2. Airport Facility Status
a. 1 -.Closed new hangars vacant due to eviction, but is rented as of June 1, 0
open t-hangars, two on waiting list.
b. 42% occupancy on outside tie-down. No change
c. No info on status of HU or AP beginning phase two of their projects. Jamelle is to
follow up and report on their intentions in writing.
d. NW Hangars proposal regarding building at the south end
e. Reviewing current leases and the increases that are due or are past due. (not
done)
3. Airport Security Status - no reports submitted show any abnormal situations.
4. Runway Repairs & Schedule updates- Bid has been awarded. Schedule still pending
5. Delinquent Tenant Account status - delinquencies - One now paid up and one evicted
and turned over to collection
6. Auburn Good Old Days - no meeting in April due to Connie being ill - May pending
7. Rules and Regulations - Revisions and committee?
New Business: June Evening meeting?
Commercial operators in City facilities, Utilities, change lease - follow-up
