Introductions of New Members Introduction of new managing member - Michael Shipman Received State grant for new R.E.I.L. (Runway End Identifier Lights) Request for bids going out this next week. Airport Operations update a. Hangar 10 - Electrical overload problem (see attached) b. Hangar 6 - Night light shorted out - overheated (replaced) c. Hangar 7 - Complete failure of photo cell (replaced) Jet Fuel and Jet fuel tanks. 5. Old Business: 1. Instrument Approach - no update available. Called Cayla Morgan but not been able to connect. 2. Airport and Aviation outreach a. a two-day aviation celebration. b. WAA Northwest Aviation Conference and Trade Show update 3. Rules and Regulations - Scheduled for first Tuesday of April 4. Request for Proposais - Pending Rules & Reg. and Minimum Standards 5. Short-term land rental - Pushed back to April 2005, waiting of City approval of plans 6. Open hangar headers have been identified as a potential area of concern- City staff has inspected the affected hangar and a report is due out shortly. (Still waiting for report). Also made contact with Armstrong Homes, set up two meetings but both were cancelled. 7. One closed hangar available 7 open hangars available. No change on outside tie downs. 8.
