1. NW Hangars and AFS update - Currently AFS is drafting an agreement between NW
and AFS. Addtionally AMG is in process of identifying an appraiser to appraise the
airport property for a 5-year update on market rates for the leased property at the airport.
2. Aviation Properties Drive thru gate and access Policy
3. Gate Card access update
4. Unauthorized aircraft parking update
5. Instrument Approach - no update available.
6. Airport and Aviation outreach
a. a two-day aviation celebration.
7. Rules and Regulations - Scheduled every Tuesday at 5 pm
8. Request for Proposals - Pending Rules & Reg. and Minimum Standards
9. Short-term land rental - Pushed back, waiting of City approval of plans
10. Open hangar headers have been identified as a potential area of concern- City staff has
inspected the affected hangar. AMG has contacted Armstrong but they have yet to
survey the problem
11. R.E.I.L. (Runway End Identifier Lights) Bid coming in
12. Airport Operations update
a. Hangar 1018 - bootleg paint shop discovered and secured by AMG and Fire
Marshall. Given 10 days to correct fire and electrial code violations. AMG to
give notice of eviction due to numerous code and airport regulations violations.
13. Jet Fuel and Jet fuel tanks - no update
14. Policy on storage of non-aviation storage in aircraft tie downs and use of condo hangars
for non-aviation storage and use.
15. Auto traffic on taxi-ways. speeding and enforcement of such rules.
