Approval of Minutes Approve August 2005 AAB minutes (NOTE: no meeting minutes for
September or October 2005, not enough members present to hold meeting.)
New Business
1. Fuel Pricing and pump equipment limitations, no limitation on Terminal
2. Review of State of WA asphalt condition
3. Waste Oil Collection & Disposal Policy and Procedures
Old Business
1. Nominations of new AAB members - One application received (Tom Matson now
approved at the Council meeting on November 7, 2005-Welcome aboard)
2. Property Development
a. Cascade Airframe Repair interest in moving to Auburn Airport
b. Private Hangar development proposal - Cal Hunziker
3. Appraisal of airport properties market rental
a. Municipal Services authorized and Mayor signed contract, work to begin in
Oct 2005.
4. Discussion on current commercial operations conducted in City Rental Hangar
a. Policy needed.
b. Pollicy on utilities in City rental hangars
5. Discussion on current use of City rental hangar for storage of non-aircraft items
(Cars, boats, building materials, etc.) Same in some Condo Hangars
6. Update on instrument approach
7. Rules and Regulations committee report (Now at legal at City Hall)
8. Minimum Standards committee report (Now at legal at City Hall)
g. Hangar header report
a. Report given to City on stress test costs
10. Airport equipment and installation update
a. R.E.I.L. (installed and operating)
b. Wind Indicator replacement and moving Super Unicom - equipment received
and installation concurrent to R.E.I.L. work (Installed and both operating)
11. Auto Traffic on airport - Voluntary compliance gaining ground, still some repeat
offenders with no care or concern about voluntary compliance. Need policy and
enforcement procedures.

b. Park and Ride property
c. Westside access road - update
