2. Appraisal of airport properties market rental.
3. Discussion on current commercial operations conducted in City Rental Hangar
a. Policy needed.
b. Policy on utilities in City rental hangars
4. Discussion on current use of City rental hangar for storage of non-aeronautical
items (Cars, boats, building materials, etc.) Same in some Condo Hangars
5. Update on instrument approach
6. Rules and Regulations committee report (Now at legal at City Hall)
7. Minimum Standards committee report (Now at legal at City Hall)
New Business
1. Airport condition report during recent weather
2. Correspondence from FAA
a. New FAA staff person assigned the Auburn Airport
b. Inquiry from FAA on temporary auto storage on airport
c. Meeting set up with new FAA staff person to tour airport
3. Emergency contact plan and access to leased property hangars/building
a. Recent EL T's going off in Condo Hangars
4. Nmiew rental rates effective February 1,2006. Including MAl appraisal of leased land
rates effective January 1, 2006.
5. Hangar rows 9 and 10 water problems
6. Change in accounting program to be on line by February 1, 2006
