A. Amendment to the Downtown Urban Center Design Standards
(Chamberlain)
Summary: Amend the Downtown Urban Center Design Standards to
include provisions for the City’s broadband facilities and the capability to
install speakers within the Downtown on new structures.
B. Multi-Family/Mixed Use Design Standards
(Snyder/Wagner)
Summary: Review and refinement of Interim Multi-Family/Mixed Use
Developments Design Standards.
