The request of John and Lee Ann Farrell for a conditional use permit to allow a drive-
through facility Window for a drugstore to be located in 1700 block of Auburn Way South.
APPLICATION NO. CUP03-0003
The request of Evergreen Tucci Partners LLC for a request for a conditional use permit to
allow a drive-through drugstore, drive-through restaurant and an automobile fuel service
station to be located at the southeast corner of Lake Tapps Parkway East and Lakeland
Hills Way.
