APPLICATION NO. PLT03-0001
The request of Lakeland Land Development LLC for preliminary plat approval of
63 single family lots to be known as Lakeland Hills Area 5, Division 2A. The
project is located at Evergreen Way SE and Elizabeth Avenue.
APPLICATION NO. VAR03-0009
Request of Les Schwab/Cingular Wireless for a variance for relief from the
"microcell" equipment and the antenna size standards at this property and
adjacent right-of-way located at 2604 Auburn Way North.
APPLICATION NO. SHR00-0003
Request of Northwest Pipeline Corporation for a shoreline management permit
to replace sections of pipeline at a deeper depth along the White River. The
White River replacement project will consist of replacement of existing 26-inch
and 30-inch natural gas transmission main lines across the White River and
south floodplain by installation of two horizontal directional drills (HDDs) and
offset and replacement of existing pipelines in the south floodplain. In addition,
the project includes removal or abandonment of the existing pipelines, removal
of an exposed 26-inch pipeline that had been previously abandoned, removal of
the north bank structure (an engineered rip-rap structure of boulders and logs
filled with cobbles, gravel and sand) and removal of sheet pile on the south
floodplain. An off-site industrial yard, located at 2808 'A' Street SE, is proposed
to be used for fabrication, equipment storage and material staging.
The majority of the lands crossed by the project are privately owned with the
exception of Cameron Park (crossed by the HDD) and Auburn Way South, which
are owned by the City of Auburn and a portion of the access road on the south
side of the White River, which is owned by King County. The project is located
in Sections 27, 28, and 34 ,Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. The Utility
Vault site is located at 2808 'A' Street SE in the City of Auburn (NW 1/4 of
Section 30 and SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.)
