The request of Kenneth Knott for a variance to allow a six foot high fence in a required
yard setback. The property is located at 1908 2nd Street SE.
APPLICATION NO. REZ04-0001
The request of Thomas Academy to rezone property located at 20 - 49th Street NE from I,
Institutional to M-l, Light Industrial.
APPLICATION NO. REZ04-0002
The request of LaTerra Limited Partnership to rezone property located at 1620 H Street
NW from M-l, Light Industrial to C~3 Heavy Commercial.
APPLICATION NO. PLT03-0002
The request of H.C. Thuline/Pinacles, Inc., for preliminary plat approval of 102 single
family lots. The project is located at the northwest corner of Lake Tapps Parkway and
Old Man Thomas Road. The request also includes a modification to plat standards
related to park dedication which will be considered in accordance with the provisions of
Auburn City Code 17.18 and a request to utilize the reduced lot width provisions of the R-
1, Single Family Residential zone."
