LOCATION The project will occur at 31808 116th Avenue SE. The site is
within the southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.
PROPOSAL: Spencer Place Preliminary Plat: a 13-lot residential subdivision of
an approx. 3.47 acre site in a LHR2 Single Family Residential zone. The smallest lot size will be
6600 sq. ft. The plat includes an internal street that will be public and one storm drainage tract
which will be dedicated to the City.
