Two existing residences are located on the property, addressed as 2102 49th St. SE and 5011 Kersey Way SE. PROPOSAL: Proposed 70 lot single family residential subdivision of a 22.97 acre tract in an R1 Single Family Residential Zone. Minimum lot size will be 8000 sq. ft. Interior plat roads will be dedicated as public streets. The project also includes several utility tracts, a storm drainage tract, and a stream/wetland and associated buffers tract.
