Request: Proposed construction of a new 11,615 sq. ft. fire station with associated parking,
maneuvering, and other site improvements on approximately five (5) acres. The
project consists of two phases; phase I includes the construction of the new fire
station and associated site improvements and Phase II includes the construction
of a new 21,000 sq. ft. Emergency Operations Center/office building. The
