PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. APPLICATION NO. MIS04-0005
Request of Steve Atkinson for a special home occupation permit to allow a landscape
maintenance business. The property is located at 108 J Street SE.
2. APPLICATION NO. CUP04-0003
The request of Developers Northwest, Inc., for a conditional use permit to allow two
duplexes to be constructed on one parcel. The site is located in the 1500 block of 3rd
Street NE. Associated with this application is the short plat request for modification
SPL04-0001.
3. APPLICATION NO. SPL04-0001
The request of Developers Northwest, Inc., for a short plat request for modification
located at 1510 3rd Street SE that would allow a short subdivision that does not border
on an opened, constructed and maintained public street.
4. APPLICATION NO. SPL04-0003
The request of Reich Construction for a short plat request for modification located at 400
R Street SE that would allow a short subdivision that does not border on an opened,
constructed and maintained public street.
5. APPLICATION NO. PL T04-0005
The request of Pat and AI Kofal for preliminary plat approval of a six lot single family
subdivision to be located at SE 300th Street and 106th Avenue SE.
APPEAL HEARING:
1. CASE NO. HAP04-0003
An appeal of the Planning Director's administrative interpretation designating lot lines for
a panhandle lot, in accordance with Auburn City Code Section 18.04.570, for property
located at 2025 1 sl St. NE. The appeal is filed by Mr. Rhys A. Sterling of behalf of Ron
L. Ross and Kay Ross.
