Summary: PCD to make recommendation on Ordinance No. 6134 to City Council on 12/17/07.
B. Ordinance No. 6140 -Zoning Code Amendments (Amending Auburn City Code Chapter
18.04 and Section 18.52.020) relating to off-street parking requirements for senior living
facilities - (Stacey Borland) 5 minutes
Summary: PCD reviewed at 11/26/07 meeting, final amendments for PCD to make recommendation to City
Council on 12/17/07.
C. Ordinance No. 6141 -Zoning Code Amendments (Amending Auburn City Code Chapter
18.60) revising development standards for home occupations - (Stacey Borland) 5 minutes
Summary: PCD reviewed at 11/26/07 meeting, final amendments for PCD recommendation to City Council on
12/17/07.
D. Ordinance No. 6142 -Lea HIII Zoning - (Elizabeth Chamberlain) 20 minutes
Summary: PCD reviewed at 11/26/07 meeting. Final recommendation being brought forward for PCD
recommendation to City Council on 12/17/07.
E. Ordinance No. 6143 -West Hill Zoning - (Elizabeth Chamberlain) 10 minutes
Summary: PCD reviewed at 11/26/07 meeting. Final recommendation being brought forward for PCD
recommendation to City Council on 12/17/07.
F. Ordinance No. 6148 -Amendment to Chapter 18.45 Lea Hill District - (Elizabeth Chamberlain)
10 minutes
Summary: Planning Commission made recommendation on 11/7/07. This amendment is to require lot averaging
and 50 percent open space for subdivisions in the Urban Separator. This is part of Auburn's Inter-Local
agreement with King County.
G. Ordinance No. 6138 -.2007 Comprehensive Plan Amendments - (Elizabeth Chamberlain) 20
minutes
Summary: Planning Commission made recommendation; PCD reviewed at 11/13/07 and 11/26/07 meetings.
Final draft amendments being brought forward for PCD recommendation to City Council on 12/17/07. There are
five map amendments and six policy/text amendments.

A. JRC Housing Finance Program - (Cindy Baker & King County Housing Finance Representatives:
Karen Brawley & John deChadenedes) 30 minutes
Summary: Discussion of King County housing financing programs.
B. Supportive HOUSIng - (Steve Pitcher) 15 minutes
Summary: PCD Committee requested additional information from staff.
C. Ordinance No. 6146 -Code Revisions to ACC15.74 related to Land Clearing, Grading
and Filling - (Ingrid Gaub) 10 minutes
Summary: PCD reviewed at 11/26/07 meeting. Final Code revisions clarify when a land clearing, grading or filling
permits are required. Discussion will focus on the proposed fee structure presented previously.
D. M.O.U. with Valley Cities on trails - (Daryl Faber) 5 minutes
Summary: Discussion of potential partnership between cities to complete the Interurban Trail.
E. Urban Center Neighborhood Preservation - (Chair Norman)
Summary: District /overlay; desire to maintain family presence in neighborhoods.
