Summary: Revise City Code on Flood Hazard Areas to make a clear demarcation between the duties of the
City's Building and Engineering Divisions under this chapter.

B. Ordinance No. 6166 -Electronic Message Boards - (Steve Pitcher) 5 minutes
Summary: After PCD reviewed Planning Commission's recommendations staff made changes to reflect PCD's
analysis. PCD expects to move forward to Council.

B. BLRB Agreement for Community Center - (Brenda Heineman) 15 minutes
Summary: BLRB Architectural Consulting Services agreement for Les Gove Campus expansion including
Community Center and Gymnasium.
C. Ordinance No. 6154 - (Joe Welsh) 10 minutes
Summary: Amending Section10.36.490 of Auburn City Cotle to add a commercial loading zone on A Street NE.
D. Fats, Oils, & Greases (FOG) Control Program - (Bob Elwell & Diane Klavano) 5 minutes Summary: The
FOG Control Program aims to reduce FOG output from large commercial kitchens through adoption of
individualized FOG Control Plans.
