Summary: Res. 4329 is for the acceptance of grant funds from the Washington State
Recreation and Conservation Office to be utilized in the development of the Auburn
Wetland Mitigation Bank.
B. Ordinance No. 6167 - Zoning Code Amendments relating to Supportive Housing -
(Steve Pilcher) 10 minutes
Summary: Planning Commission conducted public hearing on 3/4/08 and recommended
approval, with amendments.
C. Ordinance No. 6166 -Zoning Code Amendments relating to Changing Message
Center Signs - (Steve Pilcher) 15 minutes
Summary: Remanded from City Council on 2/19/08; staff met with members of the
technical industry professionals on 3/11/08.
D. Ordinance No. 6172 - New Chapter 14.220 ACC Regarding the Comprehensive Plan -

Summary: New code section relating to the Comprehensive Plan and its amendment.
