APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. March 24, 2008 IV. ACTION A. Professional Services Contract with FCS Group (Financial Consulting Solutions Group, Inc) for Fee Study - (Shelley Coleman) 15 minutes Summary: The professional services contract allows the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with the FCS Group to conduct a revenue and cost of service fee study for building, planning, and development activities within the City. B. Ordinance No. 6167 - Zoning Code Amendments relating to Supportive Housing - (Elizabeth Chamberlain) 10 minutes Summary: Planning Commission conducted public hearing on 3/4/08 and recommended approval, with amendments. Several revisions were made at 3/24/08 PCD meeting. C. Contract # AG-C-329 Birding Tower/ Boardwalk Design Contract- (Aaron Nix) 15 minutes Summary: Contract for design, permitting and construction management of a birding tower and completed design of an elevated trail within the south end of the Auburn Environmental Park. A schedule, cost estimate and scope are included. D. Resolution No. 4342 - Letter of Intent Alpert International LLLP - (Cindy Baker/Elizabeth Chamberlain) 10 minutes Summary: Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a letter of intent for a 90 day negotiating period with Alpert International LLLP. IV. DISCUSSION A. Differences between "hammerhead" and "panhandle" shaped parcels - (Elizabeth Chamberlain, Jeff Stottlemyre, and Public Works Staff) 10 minutes Summary: Provide information on access standards when properties are subdivided (public/private streets, hammerhead turnaround, panhandle lots, and access tracts) and examples when used. B. Revision of Traffic Impact Fees related to recent annexation - (Laura Philpot/Joe Welsh) 15 minutes Summa : Discuss changes to the traffic impact fee as a result of the recent King County annexation. C. Downtown Design Standards - (Elizabeth Chamberlain) 10 minutes Summary: Amend the downtown design standards to reflect revisions to the sign permitting electronic message center signs within the DUC zone only on Auburn Way North/Auburn Way South.
