APPROVAL OF MINUTES - May 27, 2008 III. ACTION A. Amendment to the Downtown Design Guidelines - (Chamberlain) 10 minutes Summary: Amend the Downtown Design Guidelines to include parking stall standards for structured parking. B. Ordinance No. 6183 - Robertson Property Group (Dixon) 15 minutes Summary: Zoning text amendment, Comprehensive Plan Map and text amendment and Special Area Plan adoption, related to the NE Auburn/Robertson Properties Special Area Plan. IV. DISCUSSION A. Resolution No. 4354 - Street Address Correction (Gravseth) 5 minutes Summary: Three street addresses are not in compliance with the city's address system. Proposal to change addresses to meet the current city guidelines. B. Ordinance No. 6180 - Amendment of 2007-2008 Biennial Budget (Coleman) 5 minutes C. Resolution No. 4353 - Bill of Sale For Sanitary Sewer Line (Dowdy) 5 minutes Summary: Execute bill of sale for one sewer manhole and approximately 84 linear feet of sewer pipe located on private property. The sale will result in the sewer line becoming private, and will allow the City Engineer to execute a release of a portion of the public sewer easement currently encumbering the property. D. Auburn Way South Staining Median Pavers - (Gaub) 5 minutes Summary: Review sample stained pervious pavers for the median islands on Auburn Way South, from 6th Street SE to south of F Street SE. E. Boys and Girls Club Potential Partnership- (Faber) 15 minutes Summary: Discussion of potential partnership with King County Boys and Girls Club to include Joint Operating Agreement, Lease Options as well as Capital Fundraising Opportunities. F. Resolution No. 4323 - Phase I Percent for Art Funding - (Rose) 10 minutes Summary: Review Resolution definitions and proposed additions. V. INFORMATION A.
