Summary: Continued discussion of medical/hospital district overlay concept
originally presented at 6/30/08 COW meeting.
D. Multifamily Tax Abatement (Hicks) 15 minutes
Summary: Discussion concerning changes in the Washington State Statute
permitting a property tax exemption for multi-family housing in urban centers.
