A. Resolution No. 4376 - Approving and authorizing Agreement No. AG-C-
338 with BHC Consultants (Andersen) 10 minutes
Summary: Consultant services agreement with BHC Consultants, LLC to
assist the City in the review, evaluation, and update of City development
regulations and design standards.
IV. DISCUSSION
A. Draft 2009-2010 Budget (Jester/Coleman) 60 minutes
Summary: Discussion of the draft 2009-2010 Budget for the following
departments/divisions: Planning, Permits, Human Services, Community
Services, Parks and Recreation, and Parks Construction.
B. Enforcement of Parking on Planter Strips (staff) 10 minutes
Summary: Discussion of City code section on vehicle and traffic
enforcement, ACC 10.36.270, which prohibits parking on sidewalks or
landscape strips.
