A. Resolution No. 4382 (Faber) 10 minutes
Summary: Acceptance of additional property from King County to the Mary Olson
Farm.
B. Ordinance No. 6189 (Hudson) 10 minutes
Summary: Proposed ordinance to allow the reservation of grave space without a
specific charge for 30-days.
C. Ordinance No. 6198 (Chamberlain/Heid) 10 minutes
Summary: Ordinance amending Titles 17, Subdivisions, and Title 18, Zoning, stating
that purely administrative and procedural code changes would not be reviewed by
the Planning Commission.
D. Resolution No. 4398 (McClain-Aardal) 10 minutes
Summary: A resolution authorizing the mayor and city clerk to execute an agreement
between the city of Auburn and the lowest qualified bidder for contract number 08-
21, Project Number C412130, Auburn Bird Viewing Tower.

Summary: Discuss with Greg Watson on historical features and ideas being
incorporated into downtown development.
B. Ordinance No. 6201 Budget Amendment #16 (Coleman) 5 minutes
Summary: Budget amendment to the City of Auburn 2007-2008 Budget.
C. Aggressive Begging Code, Section 9.08.010 (Kelly) 20 minutes
Summary: Proposal to amend Auburn City Code Section 9.08.010 by adding
.language regarding impeding pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
D. Healthcare District Overlay Phase 1 (Borland) 20 minutes
Summary: Identifying new uses to the residential office zoned area north of 3`d
Street NE, incentives for medical uses, and proposed boundary of overlay.
E. Encouraging Infill Residential Development (Gaub) 10 minutes
Summary: After discussion by PCD and PW committees, proposed changes related
