A. City Membership In ICIEI-Local Governments for Sustainability (Snyder) 10 minutes
Summary : Consideration of membership ICLEI-Local Government for Sustainabil ly an
international association of local governments and regional local governments that have made
a commitment to sustainable development.
B. Ordinance No. 6206- Golf Fees (Faber) 5 minutes
Summary: Ensure that golf course fees charged are market driven. Allow sistt the flexibility to
maximize both revenues and participation.
0. 2009 Annual Action Plan and Amendment of Consolidated Housing S Community
Development Plan (Hursh) 5 minutes
Summary : The Annual Action Plan is required by Housing and Urban Development to receive
CUBG funs, the Action Plan describes haw the City will carry out the goals set forth in the
City's Housing and Community Development Consolidated Plan. The Can Plan is being
amended to include the Year 2009 under the operational limit of five years, as determined by
HUD: currently it is in use for 2004-2006.

A. Tourism Board Discussion 15 minutes
Summary : Debbie Luce with the Auburn Chamber of Commerce to meet with committee and
discuss current tourism board activities.
B. Residential Sprinkler System(Stottlemyre) 16 minutes.
Summary '. Discussion of possibility of residential sprinkler system as required by building
code.
C. Policy Guidance For Financial Securities For Plats (Sells) 10 minutes
Summary . Discussion of the various financial securities available for subdivision
improvements and the related City Code.
D. Proposed Code Amendment- Storage Containers (Moser) 15 minutes
Summary '. Continued discussion regarding use and placement of shipping/cargo containers
and personal on demand storage (PODS) containers.
E. 2008 Comprehensive Plan Amendments (Chamberlain) 20 minutes
Summary : Review of the annual amendments to the comprehensive plan and one private
initiated map amendment Discussion of the Plan nine Commission recommendations.
