10.36.270; Parking in Residential Zones - Pertaining to Parking on Landscape.
F. Healthcare District Overlay (Borland) 20 minutes
Summary: Discussion of parking and suggested solutions; finalize the district overlay
boundary.
G. Development Code Update (Snyder/Andersen) 5 minutes
Summary: Project status briefing and summary of issues identified at the first
meeting of the Code Working Group held on October 29, 2008.
H. 2008 Comprehensive Plan Amendments (Chamberlain) 20 minutes
Summary: Review of the annual amendments to the comprehensive plan (text and
map) and one private initiated map amendment. Discussion of the Planning
Commission recommendations.
1. Residential Conversions (Chamberlain) 5 minutes
Summary: Update the Committee on the status of the residential conversion
potential code changes and process.
