REGULAR MEETING @ 7;00 Call to order APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of March 7, 2006 Meeting PUBLIC COMMENT The public may comment on any item not scheduled for public hearing this evening. PLANNING DEPARTMENT REPORT OLD BUSINESS Deliberation: Commercial vehicle parking in residential zones (Public Hearings held on February 7, 2006 and March 7, 2006). PUBLIC HEARING Amendment to Auburn City Code Title 18, Zoning, related to homeless encampments. Two chapters of the Auburn City Code (ACC) are proposed for amendment including ACC Chapter 18.04 (Definitions) and ACC Chapter 18.46 (Temporary Uses). ADJOURNMENT The City of Auburn Planning Commission is a seven member advisory body that provides recommendations to the Auburn City Council on the preparation of and amendments to land use plans and related codes such as zoning. Planning Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council. Actions taken by the Planning Commission are not final decisions; they are in the form of recommendations to the City Council who must ultimately make the final decision.
