Moratorium - Sexually Oriented Businesses*
(Borden/Heid/Krauss)

Resolution No. 3436, adopted March 4, 2002, established
an initial one-year moratorium on the filing with the City or
the Courts of any applications for licenses, permits and
approvals for sexually oriented businesses; sexually
oriented businesses and adult use facilities as those terms
are commonly understood and defined in industry circles
and area municipal regulations. The City Council proposes
to extend the moratorium for an additional six months.
Resolution No. 3570 set the date for public hearing on the
proposed moratorium extension.
