construction of Project No. C223A, Auburn Municipal Airport Hangar No. 2, Hangar No. 7 Roof
Replacements.
Background Summary:
This project provided for the roof replacements of Hangars No. 2 and No. 7. The major items of work
included tear off of the existing built-up membrane, metal flashings, wood fascia, and trim. Work also
included replacement of damaged wood decking on Hangar No. 7, installation of a mechanically attached
reinforced EPDM membrane, metal edge flashings, spill-out scuppers, drain drops, and PVC drainpipes.
A budget contingency of $19,053 remains in the Airport Fund for this project.
