Background Summary:
Resolution 3593 authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract between the City of Auburn and Green River
Community College.
This agreement identifies the scheduling of Lea Hill Park to be done by the City of Auburn and
performance of supplemental maintenance to be done by Green River Community College for the
Baseball and Softball Fields.
Green River Community College will receive priority scheduling and provide maintenance on the ballfields
during designated time of the year. The City of Auburn will receive use of the Green River Community
College gymnasium and locker rooms during designated times of the year.
