Background Summary:
AG-C-207 is an Annual Consultant Agreement between the City and Appraisal Group of the Northwest,
for on-call real property appraisal and appraisal review services for the calendar year 2003. Property
appraisal and appraisal review assignments will be assigned by task order throughout the year, as
needed. The fees for services under this agreement shall not exceed $50,000.
