Public Hearinqs Application for Electrical Franchise Aqreement* (Wagner/Dowdy) o4.2.1 City Council to conduct a public hearing on a request from Puget Sound Energy for an Electrical Franchise Agreement for the attachment, installation, operation, and maintenance of an electrical utility in, on upon, along, and/or across certain public ways within the city of Auburn, to determine public benefit and impact, applicant compliance, public right- of-way capacity to accommodate the utility, potential disruption of public right-of-way, and present and future use of the public right-of-way.
