City Council introduce and adopt Ordinance No. 5763.
Background Summary:
Ordinance No. 5763 amends Auburn City Code Chapter 19.04, titled "Transportation Impact Fees,"
authorizes City policy clarifying several issues related to the transportation impact fee program, and
provides that the Transportation Impact Fee Schedule be added to the City of Auburn Fee Schedule.
Following discussion at the Public Works Committee meeting on June 9, 2003, the ordinance was revised
to reflect a flat fee of $250 for independent fee calculations, where the impact fee categories do
not apply. In addition, the words "in lieu of" on page 22 of the ordinance were changed to "or,"
to more accurately reflect the three options intended.
