The City has prepared a new six-year Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) in compliance with the requirements of
the Washington State Growth Management Act. The plan includes an inventory of existing capital
facilities, identifies proposed projects and establishes a six-year capital facilities plan for financing capital
facilities.
Ordinance No. 5767 is to authorize the approval of the Capital Facilities Plan (2003 - 2008). The CFP
has been reviewed by the Washington State Office of Community Development with no comments having
been received; a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Non-Significance (DNS) was
issued with no comments having been received or appeals filed; and the Auburn Planning Commission
held a public meeting and has recommended approval to the City Council.
